professionals and small businesses. While working
remotely (virtually) in our office in Tallahassee, Florida,
we are able to assist clients worldwide.

Owner Profile
Margaret Mahan, owner of DayToDay
Virtual Assistant Services, has more than 27 years of
experience in the areas of administration and computer
management. Her experience includes general
administrative and secretarial functions, general
bookkeeping, file and data management, software and database management, training and documentation of procedures,
software application implementation, mailing list
compilation and management, and customer support.
Margaret's diverse experience contributes to
her ability to learn your business and how best to support you
in your growth and development. Her unwavering eye for
excellence, coupled with exceptional verbal and written
communication skills, provide the necessary ingredients for
managing all client work.

Confidentiality
Any information provided to DayToDay
Virtual Assistant Services shall remain 100% confidential. We will
never exchange your company's email, address, phone number
or any other information with a third party without your written
consent. We provide a Non-Disclosure Agreement upon
request.
We maintain the most current security
software and all files are virus checked prior to transfer.
All client information is saved within
secured confidential folders and privacy is taken very
seriously.
We always exercise integrity, honesty and
diligence where the interests of our clients are concerned.
We do not engage in illegal or unethical activity, nor do we
deal with anyone who would compromise our integrity. Our
standard of ethics are high and confidentiality is assured.

How do we Conduct Business when we're in two different
locations?
Through the use of today's technologies,
we can communicate and brainstorm, regardless of the miles
of separation. With email, telephone, Internet
connection, fax, mail or courier services we can stay in
touch 24-hours a day. Contact may even be coordinated
via online intranets or you may decide that it is more
efficient and effective for our office to have access to
your office computer with software such as LogMeIn or Symantec's PC
Anywhere.
How is Payment to a VA Submitted?
Invoices are
submitted that include payment terms as previously agreed
upon with each client. Payments may
be made with checks or money orders sent by mail.
PayPal may also be used if you prefer to handle payment via
bank draft or credit card.
A deposit
toward the first project is required for new clients.
Retainer programs may also be chosen where payment is made
in advance toward a budgeted amount of hours in a given
month for services provided in that time period.
Virtual Assistant Code of Ethics
Members of any
society must comply with certain obligations and
responsibilities in order to enjoy the benefits that come with
